We are proud of our customer service here at YNM.

Often we receive lovely emails from happy customers, and this one from across the pond stood out from the crowd so much we wanted to share it with y'all.

Here it is: (sweet isn’t it…!)

Guys - I’ve been meaning to write you and thank you for your incredible customer service.  I hesitate to even call it that, as it approached a realm unknown in customer service.

How excited I was to receive a call from England while driving to work on a dreary NJ highway.  In all honesty, by the time you called me, the day after attempting to place the order, I had already bought a knock off on eBay (horrid, I know!).  But your voice from the other side of the pond, disrupting my morning commute, and your assurances that you were just on the way to the post, and the t-shirt would arrive in time, made me want to buy another shirt from you.  Who could resist that accent?

Your shirt did arrive in time for my boyfriend’s birthday.  And it is a lovely shirt—and well worth the trouble.  The fabric is lovely, the care taken in making it is evident, and the story…ah, the story!  I don’t need to tell you that the story makes the shirt.  Jeff, a WWII history buff, was so pleased. He always gets positive comments when he wears the shirt.

Just today, I finally opened the eBay knockoff, thinking I would give it to friend.  I’m so glad I ordered yours, because although this one is an American Apparel t-shirt (nice quality, but not as nice as yours!), the size L is so small, I believe I’ll have to keep it for myself.

So from two very hyper and stressed Americans, thank you for the soothing message on your shirt!  Thank you for reviving that bit of history for us to enjoy.  We shall go forth, keeping calm, and hopefully carrying on as best we can.  And looking damn cute doing it.

Yours truly, Lily

PS: In all candor, it was your saying my very English name in the proper fashion that broke my sales resistance!  My people came from northern England 3 generations back…
